Not a sushi fan, so I'll leave that up to you to discover. I think sushi is their claim to fame, with hundreds if choices. Lots of work, little reward for the effort in my view. The crab meat was ok, just, and still difficult to extract. The lobster tail had shrunk to half it's normal size from sitting in hot liquid for so long. The shrimp were delicious but difficult to shell. Light spicy would have been perfect for me. I ordered medium spicy, which means serious heat, so buyer beware. I finally just cut my way to the meat with heavy shears. The second was how to crack shells that have been sitting in liquid for X amount of time. The first hurdle was getting all of that into a bowl, which for me was a large spaghetti serving dish.
